# Baking Great Bread at Home — Recipe Pantry

> Recipe Pantry is Henry Hunter Jr.'s free, interactive bread-baking library at https://recipepantry.app. The public gallery contains 150 tested recipes, backed by 152 structured recipe entries including directly addressable variants. It is a teaching application, not a conventional recipe blog.

Every recipe is organized for use at the workbench: metric and volume measurements, baker's percentages where applicable, scalable ingredient quantities, phase-by-phase instructions, timing guidance, troubleshooting, and print-friendly one-sheets. The library covers beginner through advanced baking.

Henry Hunter Jr. is a U.S. Army veteran, former CBS/Fox advertising executive, bread baker, and founder of Crust & Crumb Academy and the Baking Great Bread at Home community. He is the author of Sourdough for the Rest of Us, The Yeast Water Handbook, and From Oven to Market.
